Hi, I’m Atrey Pandya

It’s my pleasure to have you here on my personal site and would be interested to make you happy by sharing some insights about my journey.

I would like to summarise my over ten years of experience here below:

I have worked across a few countries, including Australia, UAE, India and Singapore, in a multi-culture atmosphere and companies like Salesforce, Woolworths, Crown Casino (Melbourne), Prestige Dubai, Banking in India, etc. 

Learning and Developing skills in different types of ICT Services from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0 these days. I have wisely spent my time in relationship building be it with the clients or with the internal stakeholders. I am working as a Sr. Project Manager and ICT Consultant.

Working on Agile, Scrum and Waterfall depending on the clients’ needs.

Some of my expertise and daily duties are mentioned below:

• PMO Roles (Day-to-Day Internal Meeting with the technical and nontechnical team)
• Client Interactions ( Requirement Understanding, Solving Queries, Project related discussion, Price Discussion and Negotiations, Scope of work review, Project Plan Discussion, Project Updates and Demonstration, Project Final Discussion and closer)
• Presentation/Demonstration & Stakeholders Management (Internal Project discussion, Presentation to Stakeholders and Management, Internal discussion with C level executives, Understanding the internal goal and scale for the future growth)
• Project/Resource Management (Project Planning, Project Road Map, Project Engagement, Risk Management, Team Management)
• Budget Management (Budget Planning, Resource and Time planning to work within the budget)
• Vendor Management (Coordination with the Vendors for the RFQ, RFP and NDA sign, Resource Management, Project Discussion, Planning and Monitoring, Change Request Management and Project Completion)
